How fast is it ready?
Within 24 hours of your order, in your account. We take a limited number of orders each day so we always keep our promise: when the day’s places are taken, the page tells you the new time before you pay.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. You only give your email. Your Jovela account is created when you pay: the confirmation email lets you choose your password, and you then follow your order from your account. We email you as soon as your design is ready.
What do I need to send?
Just your idea: the occasion, the names, the date if you have it, and the mood you dream of. A portrait and inspiration pictures help, but you can add your portrait later in your account.
What if I want changes?
Every text, date and detail stays yours to edit at any time. For the design itself (colours, a detail, the music), one round of changes is included: tell us what to adjust from your account.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us what to adjust: one round of changes is included. And if it still isn’t right, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment, as long as you haven’t sent the invitation to your guests.
Is my design really unique?
Yes. It’s created for your celebration and stays private: we never offer it to anyone else.
Which occasions?
Weddings, engagements, birthdays for every age, baby showers, graduations and every kind of party. In English or French.
How do my guests receive it?
You get your own link to send by WhatsApp, text, Instagram or email. It opens on any phone, nothing to install. Their replies arrive in your account.
How do I pay?
Once, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through our secure payment partner Polar (VAT included). Your receipt is sent by email. Publishing your invitation is included.
