Jovela is the animated invitation service at jovela.app: an invitation that opens like a short film, shows your photo and lets every guest reply in one tap. Free to create; $19 per invitation ($29 for a wedding) or $89 for a made-to-order design, paid once when you publish.
What Jovela does
Jovela makes animated digital invitations for weddings, engagements, children’s and adult birthdays, baby showers and parties. Each of the 50+ designs opens with its own short film; the guest unveils the photo with a gesture (lifting a veil, untying a bow, popping balloons…), then finds the date, the venue with a map, the programme and a one-tap RSVP.
The host sends one link by WhatsApp, text, email or social media. Guests open it in their phone’s browser, with no app and no account. Every reply arrives live in the host’s space, and each guest can even get an invitation that greets them by name.
Around the animation: the host’s portrait drawn by hand (free), their music, their own voice message at the reveal, a photo album, guests’ written and voice wishes, a countdown, and a thank-you page and keepsake after the day. For a birthday, guests can even blow out the candles, one per year, by blowing into their phone.
