Questions
When should I send birthday invitations?
Two to three weeks before for a kids’ party, three to four weeks for an adult party, and six weeks or more for a big milestone birthday or a surprise party.
Should I put an end time on a kids’ party invitation?
Yes. Parents plan their pick-up around it, and a 2 to 3 hour party is the norm for young children.
How do I invite only some children from a class?
Send the invitation privately to the parents rather than handing out cards at school. A digital link makes that easy.
